Provide support and coordination for Mister Rogers Electric’s employees and customers.
Serve as the first point of contact between the company and customers looking to schedule an appointment.
Customer Service is key; so one needs to be able to multi-task by answering phones, emails and tracking our guys throughout the day to ensure they are on time for their appointments.
Data entry is key to our success, so data needs to be entered accurately into our operating systems and scheduling system.

Electricians and Apprentices-
Provide great service and workmanship to our clients by installing, repairing, and maintaining their homes electrical system, all while providing a clean work area and friendly attitude.
Drive and maintain company provided vehicle and inventory.
Describe and accurately quote projects to clients.
Must be able to use tablet, invoicing software, email, and credit card processing equipment.
Installations must be done neat and code compliant wiring and components.
Troubleshooting basic to complex issues that arise and while presenting a solution to the problem.
Skills and Qualifications:
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Data Entry Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Inventory Management, Bidding, 6 years of electrician experience, good personal hygiene, clean driving record, and excellent reliability.
